Replacing Your Filter Cartridges

To ensure your system continues to provide the highest quality water for your family throughout the year, we recommend you replace your cartridges at least once a year, when flow is diminished or when the system's rated capacity is reached. Be sure to select the replacement cartridge that matches your particular filtration needs.

Replace the H-54 cartridge (EV9252-68) yearly to reduce the following contaminants:

• Lead to below the Federal Action Level of 15 ppb
• Cysts such as Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica and Cryptosporidium parvum

This cartridge also reduces:

• Chlorine taste and odor
• Dirt and cloudiness
• Mold and algae
• Oxidized iron
• Oxidized manganese
• Oxidized sulfides
• Particles ½ micron and larger in size
• Limescale build-up in appliances that use water

The H-54 cartridge features:

• A ½-gallon per minute flow rate
• A 750-gallon capacity
